AMY WILSON, CWEP
PRINCIPAL EVENT PLANNER
Originally from Tennessee (by way of Arkansas), Amy has a love for all things southern and naturally beautiful (like the Smoky Mountains burning with color in November). She finds her balance and peace in the outdoors and loves planning weddings in our natural environment (which is why she loves Austin weddings so much)!
After graduating college, Amy worked in the retail environment designing, planning and styling store rooms and executing parties for several retail stores. This taught her management, marketing, and planning skills while also training her eye to see every little detail and moving part as a whole picture.
Amy has worked in the wedding and event planning industry since 2014 but has had a love for weddings and events for almost her entire life. She loves seeing the initial design vision and carrying it through to the wedding day, but her favorite party of planning is getting to know her clients and becoming close friends with them. It's so important to Amy to build a level of trust with her clients because they are handing her one of the biggest (and most precious) days of their life.
If you are looking for a relaxing yet celebratory, perfectly planned wedding experience that is beautifully and thoughtfully designed to represent who you are as a couple, then honestly look no further, Amy is your girl. You will find no one else with her design eye, but will also find no other planner that you instantly bond with like Amy.

The first time you meet Brie, you'll probably hear her reference, "you know, like the cheese". The true definition of bubbly, Brie thrives in social settings. An Austin native and natural planner at heart, she finds her inner peace by checking off her to-do list and arriving on time for brunch.
Her passion for wedding planning was ignited after a former boss told her she was too sensitive. This inspired Brie to change what was a negative into a positive, ultimately leading her to the event industry, where her interpersonal skills would be recognized as a strength. Since then, she hit the ground running. Brie started her career as an intern for Eclipse Event Co in 2016. Proving her passion and drive for the wedding industry, during her internship she maintained a 40 hour work week in the private sector while attending weeknight industry events and volunteering her weekends to assist on weddings. In the summer of 2016, she kick started the annual San Marcos Mermaid Fest with their opening event, Mermaid Ball. It was then that she realized her calling was in the wedding industry.
She joined the Royal Fig sales team in 2016, preparing and executing catering coordination for over 60 events a year. After gaining valuable experience in catering, rentals, and venue logistics, she returned to the Eclipse Event Co. coordination team in November of 2018. Within her time with Eclipse Event Co. she has progressed to Principal Planner and is now serving on the AWPA board.
When she’s not laser focused on her inbox, you can find her going to guitar lessons, watching the Bachelor, lunching at the revolving sushi place way too often, and chasing after her 3 crazy cats, Kuzco, Ezma, & Pancha. Points if you get the reference!
Tessa was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and came to Austin in 2014 to attend St. Edwards University where the beautiful city of Austin stole her heart. Growing up in a household where her parents worked in corporate and social events, Tessa knew that was the field she could see herself.
During college Tessa interned as an events and social media intern for the nonprofit Kids in a New Groove assisting on live music events with bands such as Shakey Graves and Walker Lukens. After she finished school she was then hired by Eclipse Event Co. as an intern and afterwards was promoted to one of their wedding coordinators.
Traveling to Asia, Egypt, and Europe were some of the many experiences which contributed to Tessa's distinct eye for style. From these travels she has gained a wide perspective of design and therefore is able to cater to any brides taste. She takes pride in partnering with couples and families to create the most memorable day possible all with a smile and a high level of customer service.
When she is not planning events, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Adam, baking, and enjoying the nature Austin has to offer. She's scanning the globe to see where her next travel destination will be and looks forward to seeing more of the world.
