Originally from Tennessee (by way of Arkansas), Amy has a love for all things southern and naturally beautiful (like the Smoky Mountains burning with color in November). She finds her balance and peace in the outdoors and loves planning weddings in our natural environment (which is why she loves Austin weddings so much)!

After graduating college, Amy worked in the retail environment designing, planning and styling store rooms and executing parties for several retail stores. This taught her management, marketing, and planning skills while also training her eye to see every little detail and moving part as a whole picture.

Amy has worked in the wedding and event planning industry since 2014 but has had a love for weddings and events for almost her entire life. She loves seeing the initial design vision and carrying it through to the wedding day, but her favorite party of planning is getting to know her clients and becoming close friends with them. It's so important to Amy to build a level of trust with her clients because they are handing her one of the biggest (and most precious) days of their life.

If you are looking for a relaxing yet celebratory, perfectly planned wedding experience that is beautifully and thoughtfully designed to represent who you are as a couple, then honestly look no further, Amy is your girl. You will find no one else with her design eye, but will also find no other planner that you instantly bond with like Amy.

Stacy was born in Mt. Laurel, NJ but got to Texas as fast as she could at the young age of 3 and never left. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Biomedical Science degree. After several years in pharmaceutical sales, Stacy realized her real passion for events and never looked back.

Stacy has over nine years of experience in the event industry that includes not only wedding coordinating, but also venue management and catering sales. Her experience spans from small and intimate events of fewer than 25 guests, upwards of events with 3,000+ guests. This gives Stacy the extra advantage, insight, and knowledge in planning and executing seamless events, big and small. Stacy's love of weddings shows through with her attention to detail. Her wedding philosophy is that a wedding should not only be a reflection of the couple, but also as individuals. Her favorite part about being a wedding planner is taking clients' visions and executing it beyond their imagination. That moment of wow and joy on her clients’ faces makes it all worth it!

When Stacy is not planning events, she is spending time with her husband; who she married in 2012 at the Texas Federation Women's Club in Austin, and their two daughters, Grace and Madelyn. Her hobbies include baking, refinishing furniture, playing soccer, and traveling. She is an advent skier, hopping on her first set of skis at the age of 5. Her guilty pleasure is just about every Bravo reality TV show. She loves all things holidays and just like any good planner, loves a good theme party! Something  she's not good at is singing; not that it stops her from belting out some Whitney Houston ballads! She doesn't take life too seriously, and is good at finding the humor in just about anything, even if that means laughing at herself because of it.

Tessa was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and came to Austin in 2014 to attend St. Edwards University where the beautiful city of Austin stole her heart. Growing up in a household where her parents worked in corporate and social events, Tessa knew that was the field she could see herself.

During college Tessa  interned as an events and social media intern for the nonprofit Kids in a New Groove assisting on live music events with bands such as Shakey Graves and Walker Lukens.  After she finished school she was then hired by Eclipse Event Co. as an intern and afterwards was promoted to one of their wedding coordinators.

Traveling to Asia, Egypt, and Europe were some of the many experiences which contributed to Tessa's distinct eye for style. From these travels she has gained a wide perspective of design and therefore is able to cater to any brides taste. She takes pride in partnering with couples and families to create the most memorable day possible all with a smile and a high level of customer service.

When she is not planning events, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Adam, baking, and enjoying the nature Austin has to offer.  She's scanning the globe to see where her next travel destination will be and looks forward to seeing more of the world.

Amy was born and raised in Harker Heights, Texas, where her love of events and southern hospitality was instilled in her at a young age by her grandmother. This love turned into a passion which motivated her to pursue a degree in Family and Consumer Science from Sam Houston State University. During her time at SHSU, she was a founding officer of the Sam Houston State University Chapter of the Student Event Planners Association.

After graduating, Amy has spent the past five years obtaining invaluable event experience by working with various companies in catering, rentals, and floral. But as her true love was always event and wedding planning, she joined the Eclipse team as an intern in September 2018. Once she finished her internship, she was then hired as an Event Assistant then promoted to a Planner.

Amy loves collaborating with couples to capture their unique story and seeing their vision come to life. She has an eye for design and all the little details. She takes great pride in easing a couple’s stress and allowing them to be in the moment with their guests.

When she is not planning events, Amy loves spending time with family and friends or in her craft room, where she makes beautiful handmade cards. She also loves movies, books, cooking and exploring the great state of Texas.

Caroline was born in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Austin when she was two years old.  Growing up, her Dad owned his own company where he booked bands for different events and weddings. She saw the relationships and impact he made on his clients and she naturally wanted to follow in his footsteps.

She moved to San Marcos in 2012 where she attended Texas State University and received her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business.  During Caroline’s time in school she served as Social Events Chair for her sorority, Delta Gamma, while interning in event planning.  After she graduated, she worked as a Banquet Captain for Trudy’s Catering team until she became a Hotel Sales Manager.  She always missed the planning side of weddings, so she started assisting Eclipse on their wedding on the weekends and in the Summer of 2019, she did her final internship to become an official Coordinator.

Caroline has a passion for people and loves combining forces with different vendors to make a couple’s most important day beautiful.  She loves seeing everything come together and for the couple to just enjoy themselves.

When she is not planning events, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outdoors, cooking, traveling, and cuddling with her fat cat Charlie.

Alexis was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest area with nothing but love for people, events, and planning. She moved to the Dallas area to attend high school and went on to graduate from Texas A&M University (Gig ‘em!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. Her love for wildlife was strong but she couldn’t deny her first love: weddings.

During Alexis’ time at Texas A&M, she served as the president and as the internal vice president of her sorority where her bubbly and outgoing personality flourished. She loved planning each sisterhood event and formal event as well as being the leader of an organization. There’s nothing better than creating meaningful relationships while planning and creating an event!

After graduating, she started her career as an intern with Eclipse Event Co. in 2019 and was shortly hired on as an event planner. Alexis finds joy and excitement with every wedding from beginning to end. Her favorite part of a wedding is bringing each couple’s dreams to life and seeing their happiness on their perfect day.

When she’s not planning events, she enjoys cooking up new recipes, watching reality cooking shows, staying active on the tennis court, and spending time with her boyfriend, Rick.

Kelsey was born and raised in Austin, Texas and knows the city like the back of her hand. Her background in the hospitality industry peaked her interest in event planning and sparked a passion for service. Kelsey has spent time volunteering with the Bethany Baptist Church assisting in a day camp program for the elderly with Dementia and believes that this has taught her an unsurpassed level of patience.

After starting her career with Eclipse Event Co., Kelsey had no doubt that event planning was just the organized chaos she was looking for. Kelsey prospers in fast-paced environments and believes that no detail is too small. Her greatest pleasure derives from witnessing the love created by a couple, shared with friends and family. "First looks" give her butterflies every time.

In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys nature walks with her Dutch Shepherd, hosting dinner parties, and watching local live music. Her latest project is mastering the art of Calligraphy. Fun Fact: Kelsey's own parents have been married for over 40 Years!
