Amy, the dedicated planner from Eclipse Event Co., orchestrated the seamless execution of Adriana and Sandro's wedding day. From the early morning preparations to the grand sparkler send-off, Amy's meticulous planning and organizational skills were evident in every detail.
The day kicked off with the sun rising over the Bride's parents' house. Adriana and her bridesmaids began their day with laughter, Chick-fil-A breakfast, and a touch of pampering from Anastasia MUA. Meanwhile, Sandro and his groomsmen, international men of mystery, started their day overseas-style, with a hearty breakfast and plans for the day ahead.
The venue, Vintage Villas, nestled close to Adriana's childhood home, became the canvas for their love story. As the bride and her bridal party arrived, the mother of the bride, a creative force, began transforming the space with handcrafted decorations that brought warmth and love to every corner.
Adriana, adorned in a gown that could rival the stars, shared a sweet "first look" with Sandro under the white iron gazebo. Uptown Event Rentals, with their exceptional expertise, seamlessly transformed Vintage Villas into a captivating haven for Adriana and Sandro's celebration. Their meticulous installation included the strategic placement of six large umbrellas, creating a whimsical and shaded atmosphere for the ceremony. The elegance continued with the use of draping to divide the ceremony space, as outlined in the carefully considered layout. Uptown Rentals' attention to detail was evident in their delivery of ten gold-rimmed glass chargers, contributing to the refined aesthetic of the sweetheart and head table. Meanwhile, Premiere Events brought a touch of sophistication with their linen rentals, adding an extra layer of refinement to the celebration. Their commitment to quality and style shone through as they effortlessly incorporated linens that elevated the entire aesthetic of the event space. Together, Uptown Rentals and Premiere Events were the unsung heroes, adding the finishing touches that made Adriana and Sandro's wedding day truly unforgettable.
The night unfolded with special dances, a lively dance floor, and a cake cutting to the beat of "Cake by the Ocean." Michelle's Patisserie created a two-tier semi-naked cake, a true work of art, while other sweet treats tempted taste buds.
As the clock struck midnight, the sparkler send-off illuminated the path for the newlyweds, embarking on their journey into the night. Your Day Charters provided a stylish send-off car, taking Adriana and Sandro to their wedding night haven.
