Caroline + Ali’s Wedding at The Line: Entering Her Honor Era

Caroline and Ali’s wedding was a masterclass in how to do modern elegance right. Planned by Kelsey from our team at Eclipse Event Co., the day struck the perfect balance between style and substance—where every detail felt thoughtful, and every moment felt lived-in.

The day started with hair and makeup by Lux Beauty & Bridal, who gave Caroline and her crew polished, timeless looks that lasted straight through the final dance. The bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses in varying shades of pink—from barely-there blush to deep rose—which added depth and softness to every frame. It was a color story that ran through the entire event, setting the tone from the very beginning.

The ceremony took place at the Smith Family Chapel at Riverbend Church. It was calm, intimate, and full of heart. Guests were welcomed with familiar music, including a subtle nod to the bride’s name with “Sweet Caroline”—a moment that landed just right.

After the ceremony, guests were transported downtown by Charter UP, where The Line Austin was waiting to impress. The reception design leaned into shades of pink—florals by Felipe the Florist brought depth and texture, ranging from soft blush to bold rose. A custom white dance floor with a pink decal from Mike’s Dance Floor anchored the room and quickly became the hub for the night’s energy. Paired with warm lighting and rentals from Premiere Events, the space felt elegant without being overdone.

Dinner by The Line was plated and thoughtful, offering guests a few standout options. As the final toast wrapped, Love & Happiness brought the room to life with a high-energy set that had people on the dance floor instantly. Premier Entertainment added to the fun with a CO₂ cannon and glow sticks, and the vibe only escalated from there.

Midway through the night, we rolled out a sculptural ice display by Full Spectrum Ice. It was sleek, crystal-clear, and personalized—a true focal point that caught everyone’s attention and gave guests a reason to pause, take a photo, and admire the detail. It was one of those elements that elevated the experience without needing to shout.

Later in the night, we surprised guests with Whataburger honey butter chicken biscuits (they disappeared instantly) before transitioning to the after-party, where DJ Zach Lund kept things going and Chick-fil-A made a perfect late-night encore.

The next day, Pearl’s Petals helped extend the beauty by donating the wedding florals to local recipients, which felt like the perfect closing chapter to such a thoughtful celebration.
