Erika + Riley | Westwood Country Club

Erika and Riley said “I do” on October 25th at Westwood Country Club in Austin, and it was the kind of wedding day that reminds you why you love what you do. Planned by Stella Stone of Eclipse Event Co., every detail of this lakeside celebration was thoughtful, beautiful, and completely them—from the first look to the final sparkler send-off.

Erika and her bridesmaids started the morning at her uncle’s house while Riley and his groomsmen got ready across town at the Hyatt Centric. The Kissed by Katie team took care of hair and makeup for the bride, her bridesmaids, and their mothers, and by early afternoon everyone was glowing and gown-ready—bouquets in hand and tuxedos on—before making their way to Westwood Country Club, where Stella had already been overseeing setup since noon. The space was transforming—ceremony chairs arranged on the boat dock overlooking the lake, floral pedestals flanking the altar courtesy of Jo An Floral, and Grace Kate Design’s signage placed perfectly throughout. Anna Minton Photography and the Content by Clarice video team were already on the property capturing every detail as it came together.

Terra Vista Strings began their prelude on the boat dock, setting the most perfect emotional stage for what was about to happen. The wedding party processed in to Stand by Me, and then Erika made her entrance to Trumpet Voluntary with her father, Scott Davis, who also happened to be her officiant. The ceremony was personal, meaningful, and filled with the kind of tenderness that makes an entire room quietly tear up at the same time. Riley sealed it with a kiss against a backdrop of the lake at the exact hour the world turns gold, and the whole thing felt cinematic.

Guests were ushered to the cocktail side of the dock as the reception flip began behind the scenes. Terra Vista Strings continued playing while passed appetizers made the rounds — burrata on rosemary focaccia, mini lobster rolls, and smoked pork belly skewers with jalapeño cider gastrique. French 75s and dirty gin martinis with blue-cheese stuffed olives were flowing.

Inside the ballroom, Jo A Floral had created something genuinely stunning. The head table was lined with the repurposed altar arrangements elevated on 32” acrylic risers, paired with black ikebana vase runners and clusters of candlelight in black candlesticks with clear glass sleeves. Half the guest tables featured dramatic tall centerpieces of blush hydrangea, cascading amaranthus, calla lilies, and anthurium on soaring acrylic stands, while the others glowed with collections of stone candles on black pillar stands with decor fruit at their bases—grapes, figs, and berries tucked in like something from a Renaissance painting. Michelle’s Patisserie delivered a stunning white cake surrounded with fresh florals and set atop the venue’s grand piano.

Premier Entertainment’s DJ Dairro Reeves kicked off the reception with Levels by Avicii for the wedding party entrance, then shifted to Seven Nation Army as Erika and Riley were announced as Mr. and Mrs. Willis for the very first time. Westwood Country Club’s culinary team served a plated dinner of warm rolls, a butter lettuce wedge salad, and entrée choices of Duroc pork chop, wood-grilled salmon, or vegetarian charred tomato risotto—followed by zesty key lime pie for dessert.

The rest of the night was pure joy. Guests danced until last call and gathered outside as the clock hit 11 for a send-off. It was the kind of ending that feels like a beginning.
