Ashley and Brian’s wedding day unfolded with the Four Seasons Hotel Austin as the central setting, thoughtfully planned and executed by Lauren with Eclipse Event Co. From the earliest moments of the morning through the final send-off, Lauren and the Eclipse Event Co. team guided the pace, logistics, and transitions that allowed the day to feel intentional and cohesive. While the ceremony took place off-site, the overall structure kept the guest experience anchored at the Four Seasons for the majority of the celebration.

The day began quietly at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin, where Ashley and her bridal party prepared together. Hair and makeup were handled by Makeup by Adrienn and Team, keeping the morning calm and on schedule. Paige Vaughn Photography and Cloud Craft Studios arrived early to document the getting-ready moments, first looks, and family portraits on the property, allowing the early part of the day to remain relaxed and uninterrupted before guests arrived.

As guests arrived and moved through the Four Seasons Hotel Austin, custom signage by The Inviting Pear helped guide the flow of the day, from welcome moments to directional and bar signage. The signage blended seamlessly into the overall aesthetic, reinforcing the design without pulling focus from the space itself.

As the afternoon progressed, guests were transported to the ceremony at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church. The ceremony was intimate and meaningful, with additional guests able to participate through live streaming provided by Complete Video Production Services. The focus remained on the experience itself, allowing the ceremony to feel personal without overextending its role in the overall timeline.

Following the ceremony, Dhaba Cafe provided a thoughtful transition moment for guests and the wedding party. Chai, coffee, and light bites were available as family photos wrapped and guests began moving back toward the Four Seasons Hotel Austin. This intentional pause helped bridge the gap between ceremony and cocktail hour, keeping the pace comfortable and the flow of the day unhurried. Cocktail hour marked the first shift in energy back at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin. Guests gathered on the patio, easing into the evening with drinks and conversation before moving inside for the reception reveal. During this time, Pixster Photo Booth opened, giving guests an interactive experience while final touches were completed in the ballroom.

Once guests entered the Grand Ballroom, the full reception design came into focus. Emerald draping installed by Unique Design and Events wrapped the walls of the space, immediately transforming the scale and atmosphere of the room. The draping softened the architecture, added depth, and created a more intimate setting, serving as the foundation for the entire design. Building off that backdrop, floral installations by Lovelily Floral layered the room with rich jewel tones and warm accents. Burgundy, wine, blush, golden yellow, soft blue, and abundant greenery were woven throughout the space. Raised floral arches by Lovelily Floral hovered above select guest tables, while others featured a mix of bud vases, tapers, pillar candles, and votives. The sweetheart table became a focal point, framed by florals and greenery against the emerald draping anchoring the room visually without overwhelming it. Table settings completed the layered look. Linens and patterned napkins provided by Nuage Designs added texture and contrast across guest tables and head tables. Seating, tables, and the French oak and white dance floor were provided by Bright Event Rentals and Premiere Events, grounding the layout and defining the flow of the room.

As dinner service began, the evening settled into a steady rhythm. Catering and service were provided by the Four Seasons Hotel Austin, allowing formal dances, toasts, and cultural traditions to unfold naturally. Later in the evening, Ashley and Brian changed into Indian attire for their milk ceremony, followed by cake cutting featuring a custom cake by Whisk + Twirl, seamlessly integrated into the flow of the reception rather than treated as a standalone moment.

Music, sound, and lighting by All Culture Entertainment carried the celebration forward as the dance floor opened and filled. Guests moved easily throughout the ballroom as lighting and music shaped the energy of the night, keeping the space lively without feeling chaotic.

The evening closed with guests filling the dance floor and spending the final part of the night together in the ballroom. Ashley and Brian’s wedding reflected a clear focus on thoughtful pacing and cohesive design.

Transportation throughout the day was coordinated by Austin Luxor Limo, Catch Transportation and Events, and Red Star Party Bus, keeping transitions smooth and on schedule. The evening concluded with a bubble send-off featuring a getaway vehicle from Blue Jay Classic Cars.
