Aria and Steven’s wedding weekend was designed as a two-day fusion celebration that honored both of their cultures with intention and care. Each day reflected a distinct atmosphere while still feeling connected, allowing guests to experience the full story of their relationship across two thoughtfully planned events. From a softer, romantic first day to a vibrant and tradition-forward second day, the weekend unfolded as a seamless blend of personal style, family traditions, and meaningful moments.

Day One – The Preserve at Canyon Lake

Aria and Steven’s wedding weekend began at The Preserve at Canyon Lake. The first day set a softer tone for the celebration, built around a light pink palette with warm neutrals and subtle metallic accents that carried throughout the day. The morning started on-site as Aria and her wedding party got ready with hair and makeup by LoLa Beauty, while Reagan Wright Photography and Transition Films documented details, portraits, and early moments. Planning and coordination throughout the day were led by Stacy with Eclipse Event Co.

As preparations wrapped, the ceremony space was set with florals by The Bloom Bar, featuring an illusion-style floral arch, aisle arrangements, and personal florals designed to be repurposed later in the evening. Live ceremony music was performed by Sienna Strings.

The reception space felt calm and inviting, grounded in a palette of blush pinks and soft neutrals. Round tables were accented with delicate pink florals by The Bloom Bar, paired with natural wood chairs and warm candlelight reflecting off the stone fireplace and exposed beams. Rentals from Premiere Event Rentals shaped the layout and created an easy flow from dinner into the evening. As the night unfolded, Austin Catering carried service through dinner and late night, while Bat City Beats guided guests through toasts, first dances, and a full dance floor. A classic cake by Michelle’s Patisserie marked a sweet pause in the evening, while henna by Nisha Henna Arts added a meaningful cultural layer. The night wrapped with a cold spark exit by Sparks & Co., before guests were transported back at the end of the night by Elegant Limousine.

Day Two – Canyonwood Ridge

The second day of Aria and Steven’s celebration took place at Canyonwood Ridge. The design shifted into a richer, more ceremonial palette centered on deep reds and golds, creating a bold contrast to the softer tones of the day before. Aria and Steven prepared on-site with hair and makeup by LoLa Beauty, while Reagan Wright Photography and Transition Films continued coverage from getting ready through the evening. Planning and coordination remained with Stacy from Eclipse Event Co., managing the flow of the day.

The baraat brought energy and movement to the day, with music led by Bat City Beats and Steven’s ceremonial entrance featuring Fantasia Carriage.

When guests entered the reception, the space felt completely transformed. The ceremony was anchored by a stunning mandap installation and layered draping by Unique Design & Events, complemented by bold floral design from Flora Fetish. Together, these elements created an immersive, celebratory atmosphere that felt both elevated and deeply rooted in tradition. Overhead, layers of red, ivory, and warm champagne fabric swept across the ceiling beneath glowing bistro lights and exposed wood beams. Candlelight flickered from every corner—lining tables, framing the fireplace, and woven throughout the design—while lush deep red florals grounded the space and added a sense of richness and warmth. Rentals by Premiere Event Rentals anchored the layout, creating an inviting flow that encouraged guests to linger and move throughout the room. Dinner and desserts by Daawat Catering unfolded across the evening, supported seamlessly by Clay Pit Events. As the dance floor filled, Bat City Beats carried the energy forward, while live illustrations by Vogue Vignette became personal keepsakes for guests. The night concluded outdoors with a fireworks display by Sparks & Co., a final moment that brought the two-day celebration to a memorable close, with transportation coordinated by Elegant Limousine.

Each event carried its own energy while remaining deeply connected, creating a wedding weekend that honored their cultures, their families, and the life they’re building together.
