Lexi + Colin: A Videre Estates Wedding

The Hill Country did what it does best on a June evening in Wimberley — golden light, a breeze you couldn’t have planned, and views that made every guest stop for a second just to take it in. Lexi and Colin got married on the balcony of Videre Estates with their favorite people watching; every detail was planned and coordinated by Stacy Harrell with Eclipse Event Co., and it was exactly as good as it sounds. The Videre Estates set the perfect stage—open, airy, and completely in its element against the Hill Country backdrop.

Etoilly Artistry had the bridal suite running like clockwork all morning, and by the time Lexi stepped into her gown, the whole space collectively lost it. The wedding party looked stunning in forest green satin; the guys cleaned up in classic black tie, and Kelly Costello Photography caught every single stunning detail like she always does.

Ceremony music by Musical Discovery set the tone perfectly, and the processional to “Landslide” followed by Lexi walking in to “Green Eyes” had not a dry eye in sight. Sunrise Petal Company transformed the balcony into something truly special: a ground crescent arch of lush greenery with delicate blooms and airy texture framed the altar, and ribbon aisle markers ran the length of the ceremony space. It was a beautiful sight to say "I do."

After the ceremony, guests moved into cocktail hour, where the jazz trio from the Love & Happiness Band kept the energy going, Vestals Catering passed appetizers, and the bar opened to a welcome round of prosecco.

From cocktail hour, everyone was ushered into the reception, and Sunrise Petal Company had completely flipped the florals, moving the ceremony arch behind the sweetheart seats and filling the room with compote arrangements, sculptural floral clouds, and taper candles down every table. Premiere Event Rentals dressed everything in green velvet meadow linens, green fern dinner plates, and gold-rimmed glassware that made the whole room glow. Vestals Catering served family-style beef tenderloin, smoked salmon, artisan bread, seasonal salad, the works. Love & Happiness Band transitioned seamlessly from dinner set into full dance floor mode, and the father-daughter dance to “Humble & Kind” and the mother-son dance to “Ain’t That Love” by Ray Charles were two of the most beautiful moments of the night.

The surprise fireworks from Roar Over Texas hit exactly the way a surprise fireworks show should. The crowd spilled outside without knowing what was coming, and then — that was it. Best moment of the night.

Gourdoughs Donuts and a photobooth from Traveling Photobooth kept the party going between sets.

When it was all said and done, guests were loaded onto buses by Elegant Transportation back to Wimberley—and Lexi and Colin made their exit through a tunnel of glowing pom-poms straight to their getaway car. The kind of ending a night like this deserves.
