Terrill & Ray's Wedding Weekend | Camp Champions, Marble Falls

Terrill and Ray’s love story led them to one of the most personal venues imaginable — Camp Champions on Lake LBJ in Marble Falls, Texas, the summer camp that Terrill’s family owns and where she spent her childhood. Returning to that land with Ray and 275 of their closest people to celebrate their marriage was as meaningful as it gets, and the weekend that unfolded reflected exactly that. What two days looked like for this couple was a full camp takeover. Art Fuentes of Eclipse Event Co. led the planning and execution of the entire wedding weekend.

Friday started the way only a camp wedding weekend can — with a full camp game day. Guests were divided into teams and spent the morning competing across the property in classic camp games, leaning into the spirit of the place that made Terrill who she is. It was the kind of morning that set the tone perfectly: unpretentious, joyful, and deeply rooted in the Camp Champions experience.

As evening rolled around, the energy shifted into something a little more country. Premiere Events had the Fillin’ Station set for a proper honky tonk welcome party, and the Eclipse Event Co. team was on the ground making sure every detail was ready. Michelle Woods of Michelle’s Mixology had the bars stocked, and Sky High Party Rentals had the mechanical bull in place. After the ceremony rehearsal wrapped in the adjacent field, guests gathered for the welcome dinner — Camp Champions took care of the food, Ann Mark captured every candid moment, and Lona Weddings documented it all on film. As the torchlight faded, the Gone To Texas band took the stage, and the welcome party came fully alive—two-stepping, mechanical bull rides, and late-night snacks to close out the night right.

Saturday morning had its own quiet magic before the celebration began. The Katy Reddell Beauty team set up at the Main House for a full morning of hair and makeup for Terrill and the bridal party, while Lona Weddings kicked off their twelve-hour day of coverage. By noon, the full Eclipse Event Co. team was on property ready to hit the ground running to bring the day to life. Love & Happiness settled into the Main House green room while setting up the stage in the tent, and Ann Mark began her day with organic getting-ready moments and detail shots of Terrill and the girls.

The afternoon moved beautifully into wedding party and family portraits followed out at Sail Point before Miles Clark arrived to set a soft, romantic tone as the ceremony musician and the guests began finding their seats in the adjacent field. The ceremony itself was a beautiful outdoor affair—open sky, sprawling green grounds, and the kind of natural backdrop that only Camp Champions can offer. The wedding party processed down the aisle to “Je Te Laisserai Des Morts” by Patrick Watson. Officiant Tulasi Wahal led Terrill and Ray through their vows, and as the two were pronounced husband and wife, “Here Comes The Sun” by The Beatles rang out across the field.

With the ceremony behind them, guests were then escorted into the cocktail hour—a world tour through four fully themed cabin spaces, each one its own immersive experience. The New Orleans/NOLA Cabin came alive with daiquiris and passed Creole bites. The UT/Austin Walkway celebrated Texas pride with Texas Mules and all the right bites to match. The Park City Cabin offered Aperol Spritzes alongside an overflowing grazing station. And the Mexico/Oaxaca Cabin served Terrill’s signature mezcal margaritas alongside a full dinner buffet—all executed beautifully by Contigo Catering. Jo.An Florals styled every cabin to match its theme, and Premiere Events furnished every bar, linen, and glass across the space. As the hour closed, Love & Happiness led a second line parade from the cabins back to the tent—guests waving their napkins in the air and carrying their to-go daiquiris as they made their way in together.

Guests made their way from the field to the reception tent—the tent was a stunning space nestled on the Camp Champions property, strung with festoon lighting and dressed in a soft, garden-fresh palette of blush, coral, golden yellow, and lime green that carried beautifully from the florals down to every linen in the room. Stationery details throughout the space were crafted by Ofelia Botella and Amper Lithi Inc.—with Premiere Events supplying everything from the acrylic dance floor to the sailcloth tent and every detail in between. Inside the tent, Terrill and Ray were introduced for the first time as Mr. and Mrs. Kitziger. Before Love & Happiness Band launched into “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang and the dance floor opened wide. Guests also enjoy dinner services provided by Contigo Catering.

As the reception closed, Austin Silent Disco distributed headphones, and the party carried on for two more hours—the most perfect, unexpected ending to a weekend that was equal parts nostalgic and electric. Every vendor poured themselves into these two days, and the result was a wedding weekend that felt entirely like Terrill and Ray: warm, joyful, rooted in the place she called home, and completely unforgettable.
