Erin + Scott: Woodland Wedding at Canyonwood Ridge

Erin and Scott exchanged their I dos on February 24th, 2018 in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Canyonwood Ridge is a great venue because of its simplicity, allowing Erin and Scott a lot of room to make their vision come to life. The feel for the day was romantic and whimsical from the cranberry color palette to the delicate tree branches that were incorporated in the decor.

Erin and Scott had their ceremony inside of the Chapel which was decorated with florals by Copper & Birch as chair markers, a beautiful rugged cross provided by Mancino Iron, and various candles. The space was very open, allowing for a lot of natural light that made every detail stand out.

The reception site did not fall short of magical. The tables were decorated with silver linens, white china tableware wrapped with a vibrant cranberry napkin, all provided by Whim.

The centerpieces switched between each table, with variations of big floral arrangements, metal geometric shapes provide by Jenny Brayley, and metallic votive holders. The moss and thin branches added to the woodland theme. Paired with florals placed in tall antique silver vases brought classic elegance to the space.

If guests weren’t out on the dance floor, they were cozying up in the lounge set up by Whim.
