Chris + Adam: A Texas Themed Wedding at Thurmond Mansion
This past March, Chris and Adam came together to proclaim their love for one another in front of their closest friends and family. This fun loving couple met in New York but have fallen in love with Texas’ charm. Chris and Adam wanted their guests to embrace all that Texas has to offer, which is why they chose the beautiful Thurman Mansion as the backdrop for their big day. With many guests attending from all over the country, our couple wanted their guests to experience the magic that is Texas.
This couple truly let Texas shine bright on their wedding day. From boots to bolo ties, rustic wood to majestic Longhorns and much more, this couple new the right way to accent the Lone Star State.
The bond these two share is apparent to anyone who happens to glance in their direction. The smile Chris wore for the entire day spoke volumes about his excitement to be spending the rest of his life with Adam.
Before they walked one another down the aisle, Chris and Adam shared a private moment to exchange gifts with one another. We love watching our couples share sweet moments amidst all of the excitement. With all of the hustle and bustle of the big day, we believe little moments like have a big impact on our newlyweds.
Creatrix photography captured these intimate moments with Chris and Adam. Their compassion and love for one another can be seen in all of their encounters.
Kitsch Event Styling brought the Texas vibes altogether with their stunning greenery and classic white roses. This stunning combo enhanced the natural backdrop, making it the perfect place for this couple to say their "I do's". The couple chose to play up Texas' natural earthy tones throughout their ceremony and reception space.
Oh yeah, did we say longhorns? Ralph Fisher Photo Animals supplied these two majestic longhorns that embodied the spirit of Texas. Creatrix Photography was able to capture these intimate moments that Chris and Adam will always be able to look back upon and cherish for a lifetime.
Thurmond Mansion's traditional stone walls and large windows provide an airy and welcoming setting for Chris and Adam's guests to gather and enjoy each others' company. Our couple chose this gorgeous venue as it perfectly captures the feeling of "old Texas".
Sweet Treets Bakery made these two gorgeous cakes. This cake combo complimented the couple's theme perfectly as the naked succulent cake played up the earthy tones and nothing says Texas like a specialty armadillo cake!
After an evening full of love and laughter, Chris and Adam took their leave under a cascade of white rose petals ready to begin life's journey hand in hand.
