A Joyful Summer Wedding at Villa Antonia for Bailey + Dan

Bailey and Dan chose a beautiful summer day in July to host their wedding at the stunning Villa Antonia in the Austin Hill Country.

Getting ready in the bridal suite was full of laughter, champagne, and that joyful anticipation that comes with wedding mornings. Bailey and her bridesmaids spent the day together while the talented team from Blush 'n' Bangs styled soft, romantic hair and makeup looks that perfectly fit the setting.

Every detail was beautifully documented by Emily Boone Photography. From Bailey’s bouquet tied with blush ribbon to the vintage-inspired cake topper, nothing was overlooked and every image reflected the beauty of the day.

Guests were welcomed by the elegant sounds of Terra Vista Strings, which set the tone as the wedding party made their way down the aisle.

Bailey walked toward Dan to “The Book of Love,” and the look on his face said it all. Their vows were framed by a round floral altar designed by Wild Poppy Florist, cascading with blooms and later repurposed for the reception.
As the ceremony ended, the couple recessed to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” while cheers and applause filled the chapel.

Guests then enjoyed cocktail hour, complete with brie canapés, chicken kebabs, and pork loin bites prepared by Sterling Events Catering. Our planning team at Eclipse Event Co., led by Lead Planner Haley, seamlessly transitioned the ceremony space into the dancing area, making sure every detail was just right.

Dinner tables glowed with candlelight and bud vases from Wild Poppy, alongside elegant rentals provided by Premiere Events. Guests found their seats for a plated dinner of short ribs, salmon, or a vegetarian entrée, all served with care by Sterling Events.

The couple made their grand entrance into the reception, where they shared their first dance accompanied by Terra Vista Strings. Toasts from the best man and maid of honor followed, heartfelt and full of love, before Bailey and Dan gave their own words of thanks.

Dessert was a highlight thanks to Michelle’s Patisserie, who created a three-tier cake with vintage piping as well as gluten-free cupcakes. Sterling Events cut and served the cake, ensuring everyone enjoyed a sweet finish.

The chapel at Villa Antonia transformed into a lively dance floor, kept full by Green Line Talent. Guests danced late into the night, celebrating with energy and joy.

As the evening came to a close, Bailey and Dan shared a private last dance to Elton John’s “Your Song.” Soon after, guests lined up with sparklers for the couple’s grand sendoff. The night ended as they drove away in a vintage Rolls Royce provided by ATX Classic Cars, champagne in hand and hearts full.

None of it would have been possible without such a talented team of vendors, all working together to create a day as beautiful and unforgettable as the love Bailey and Dan share.
