On May 27, 2023, the Grand Lady was adorned with enchanting details, celebrating the love story of Hannah and Jakob. Inspired by the beauty of wildflowers and embellished with preppy hues of pinks, oranges, and soft purples, this wedding bore the mark of the couple's artistic flair and distinctive taste.

As the sun began to set, the festivities kicked off with Eclipse Event Co. taking charge, ensuring that every piece fell perfectly into place. Amy, the planner extraordinaire, couldn't have been more thrilled to work with Hannah and Jakob, who had a background in fashion and a clear vision and an eye for the extraordinary. It was a match made in wedding planning heaven!

At The Grand Lady Mansion, the anticipation was building as Lux Beauty and Bridal set up shop in the bridal suite. With 20 services to complete, including hair and makeup for the bride, bridesmaids, and moms, the talented team worked their magic, creating a picture-perfect look for each lady.

The floral arrangements, crafted by Ida Mayes Floral, were a sight to behold. The bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres featured a burst of bold colors, adding a touch of whimsy to the contemporary ground flowers that adorned the ceremony aisle.

Finally, it was time for the main event. Ashton Steele Photography captured every moment as the guests gathered on the ceremony lawn, where 140 white folding chairs were arranged for them to witness the union of Hannah and Jakob. The talented DJ from Hype Rhythm set the mood with pre-ceremony music, while the sax player and drummer added a touch of sophistication to the affair.

As the clock struck 5:00 PM, the wedding party lined up, and the ceremony began. The sound of "When The Stars Come Out" by Chris Stapleton filled the air as the bridesmaids and groomsmen made their way down the aisle, looking as stylish as ever in their Jenny Yoo dresses and Armani suits from Jos A Bank.

As the couple exchanged vows and rings, love blossomed like the wildflowers surrounding them. The talented Ashton Steele Photography team didn't miss a beat, capturing every joyous tear and heartfelt smile.Then came the much-awaited moment – the kiss! Sealed with love, the newlyweds danced back down the aisle to the upbeat rhythm of "Age of Consent" by New Order, marking the beginning of a night to remember.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, cocktail hour began in The Grand Lady's courtyard. The sounds of Hype Rhythm's live DJ, sax player, and drummer filled the air with groovy beats. PEJ Events served mouthwatering passed apps like Watermelon Mojito Bites and Brisket Barbacoa Tostada, perfectly complemented by a beer and wine bar.

Then, the reception kicked off with a bang! Hannah and Jakob's grand entrance was accompanied by the infectious sounds of "Come and Get Your Love" by Redbone, followed by their first dance to the soulful melody of "Wildfire" by Cautious Clay.

Delicious Texas BBQ Buffet by PEJ Events was served on dreamy lilac linens from Premiere Events, setting the stage for a night of laughter, heartfelt toasts, and wild dancing. Feathers and Frosting provided a delightful Lemon and Blueberry single-tier cake that was almost too beautiful to cut. But cut it they did, and the cake, along with the love they shared, was shared with all.

As the clock approached midnight, the magical evening drew to a close. In a shower of streamers, Hannah and Jakob bid farewell to their guests and drove off into the night in a stylish 4 Leaf Limo.
