When it comes to timeless romance with a touch of whimsy, Alex and Beckett’s wedding at The Allan House was a masterclass in how to do it right. Every inch of their celebration radiated intention and style—from the soft green and white color palette to the flawless execution of their vision. Art with Eclipse Event Co. had the honor of planning and orchestrating this dream day, and we’re still buzzing from the energy of it all.

Let’s start where it all began—hair and makeup. The team from LoLa Beauty arrived early, brushes in hand, and got to work glamming up the bride, bridesmaids, and moms. LoLa’s artistry brought out each person's natural beauty while staying true to the all-white, clean aesthetic Alex envisioned. Meanwhile, at the couple’s Airbnb, John Winters Photography was capturing every delicate detail: the rings, the invitation suite, and those quiet, electric moments of anticipation.

Back at The Allan House, the transformation began. Bee Lavish brought in a chic lounge setup that turned the historic venue’s interior into a stylish retreat. Picture this: vintage-inspired chairs, plush pillows, and textured rugs that invited guests to relax and soak it all in. Outside, Wild Bunches arrived and immediately brought the romance. Their floral work was nothing short of stunning—lush arrangements of white blooms and greenery lined the ceremony aisle, draped elegantly from modern gold altar stands, and flowed across tabletops and the sweetheart table like they grew there naturally.

Lighting plays a silent but powerful role in shaping the mood of an event, and Altared Weddings nailed it. Zig-zag café lights hung above the reception courtyard, casting a warm, golden glow as the sun dipped behind the Austin skyline. Their team made sure every light was perfectly positioned and dimmed to set just the right tone for the evening ahead.

After their "I dos," the mariachi band struck up again for cocktail hour while guests sipped and snacked on Royal Fig Catering’s unforgettable passed apps—drunken meatballs, prosciutto-wrapped squash, and brisket tostadas, all crafted with finesse. Royal Fig also handled the bar, dinner, and cake with their signature attention to detail. From the shiner-braised short ribs to the mac and cheese with house bacon, every bite had guests raving.

As the sun set and the courtyard flipped into a glowing reception space, Oh Happy Day’s photo booth lit up inside the house, adding an interactive (and hilarious) element to the evening. Guests lined up for photo strips and kept coming back for more. Meanwhile, Josh Klaus Music kept the vibe on point, handling everything from ceremony cues to dance floor bangers. His ability to read the room and seamlessly transition from romantic ballads to full-on party mode was key to keeping the energy high.

The reception itself was a blend of heartfelt and hilarious. Toasts from close friends and family had guests laughing and tearing up in equal measure, and the parent dances were especially touching. We watched the dance floor explode with energy as Josh amped up the music, and the celebration hit full stride.

Of course, no great wedding is complete without a little late-night indulgence. We made a quick trip to Whataburger to grab 70 honey butter chicken biscuits, and when they hit the tables just before 10, the collective cheer said it all. The couple wrapped up the night with a heartfelt thank-you speech—no sparklers or staged exits, just real gratitude and a crowd of loved ones who didn’t want the night to end.
